A Message From Your Challenge Creator
Hey there friend.
Life is complicated, messy, and full of contrast.
We apply childhood skills to adult situations, which never works.
We push through life feeling, anxious, unworthy, insecure, and trapped.
As the 9th of 13 children, I felt forgotten, invisible, and fearful. As a result, I became an overachiever to get the attention I sought. At the same time, I was learning to downplay my achievements as not to outshine others for fear of being rejected.
My drive to over-achieve often led to overwhelm, anxiety, and burn-out. Although I achieved success, I felt like it wasn’t safe to shine, which led to self-sabotage. This constant, “pull to me - push away from me”, kept me in a cycle of despair.
On the outside, I appeared confident and strong. On the inside, I was that little girl who just needed to feel safe and loved.
My journey of transformation began when my daughter was born severely premature. I had to grow mentally, emotionally, and spiritually to become a better version of myself... fast!
I did, and still do the work to overcome and appreciate my story. To stand on it instead of in it.
I now know It is because of the profound challenges I faced, including breast cancer and financial loss, that I’ve discovered my purpose.
For over two decades, It has been my privilege and honor to guide others like you to victory over any challenge.
I am here to help you remember that you are and have always been perfect, whole and complete.

What are the steps in the challenge?
Sign up by clicking the button and we 'll send you the rest. Each day you will receive an email with an encouraging message and link to sign into the challenge site. There you will receive your challenge, along with additional support material. You have the option of reading the information right from the challenge site, printing it out, or watching the short challenge video. You are encouraged to share your thoughts and your progress on the challenge site and supportive Facebook private group.
Is this challenge time consuming or difficult?
This answer is no. This challenge was designed for busy people. Each day you will be given something to do that may be outside your comfort zone in order for you to increase your confidence and self esteem. The more willing you are to do the actions, the better your results at the end of the five days. We've also designed the challenges to be delivered to you in multiple ways. You can watch, listen to or read the challenge. How long it takes you to do the actually action is up to you. You will have support each day during our live-on line event.
Do I have to attend the live event?
Coach Dee does periodic live Zoom events and Facebook lives to enhance your experience in the challenge. Although we encourage you to attend, its totally optional. Giving you multiple ways to learn, aids in your enjoyment and your success. You can do the daily challenge on the site. You can print out the challenges and put pen to paper. You can watch the recorded video for the day's challenge and you can join the other challengers live for support and comradery. The live event is where you will receive tips that are not in the challenge material, ask questions or share your personal story.
